Refurbishment of the old Campo Alegre building in Porto.
The complete refurbishment of the 15,218 m² building has seven office floors, distributed over fourteen office units, two basements with 144 parking spaces and a large rooftop overlooking the city.
Alphalink handled the consultancy during the acquisition phase of the building, and took on the project management during the design, inspection and commissioning phases.
