Refurbishment of the old Campo Alegre building in Porto
The complete refurbishment of the 15,218sqm building has seven office floors, distributed over fourteen office units, two basements with 144 parking spaces and a large rooftop overlooking the city.
Alphalink handled the consultancy during the acquisition phase of the building, and took on the project management during the design, inspection and commissioning phases.
