The Locke de Santa Joana Hotel, next to the Marquês de Pombal, has 370 rooms, two restaurants, conference rooms, six bars, an outdoor swimming pool, a coworking area, a coffee shop, meeting rooms and two gym floors, with a total construction area of around 21,000m2 above ground and 4,600 m² below ground.
The project consisted of the conversion and rehabilitation of the existing areas of the former convent, and the construction or reconstruction of three buildings from scratch.
Alphalink was responsible for project management and supervision of the works, and the management of the installation of furniture and equipment.
