The law firm has moved its offices to the Alcântara Lisbon Office.
The project was managed and coordinated by Alphalink, which ensured the creation of a modern and functional space on a single floor of 1,780 m².
Alphalink was responsible for the project management of Miranda & Associados’ new offices. The company moved its offices to a single floor of 1,780 m² in the Alcântara Lisbon Office (ALLO) building, which represented a strategic and operational challenge. Alphalink ensured the coordination of the various phases of the project, from design to final delivery of the offices.
The law firm was looking for a more modern, functional and efficient space, capable of reflecting the evolution of its identity and optimising the experience of its employees and clients. The restructuring made it possible to integrate a number of different areas, including an innovative reception area with an amphitheatre library, collaborative work areas, 32 individual offices, 18 double offices, openspace areas and a social hub with panoramic views over the River Tagus.
The complexity of the project required the management of multiple organisations, from security and technology equipment suppliers to artwork installers. Alphalink liaised with all the parties involved, coordinating deadlines, technical requirements and architectural solutions to ensure that the defined objectives were achieved.
In addition to managing suppliers and strategic partners, supervising the design phase was essential to ensure that every detail of the final space reflected Miranda & Associados’ needs. From the lighting to the carpentry, various optimisations were made to maximise the functionality and comfort of the working environment.
With a strict deadline, the move was completed in eight months. The renovated space combines modernity, efficiency and well-being, providing an environment that boosts productivity and reinforces the firm’s identity.
According to João Amaral, Partner at Miranda & Associados, “Alphalink’s collaboration was fundamental to the success of our relocation. We had a challenging project ahead of us with a very ambitious deadline, and Alphalink’s support – from the supplier selection process, to contract management and supervision, to support for the actual implementation of the move – was essential to the success of this challenge on time and within budget, without in any way compromising the high quality standards we had set. It is only fair to recognise that the in-depth knowledge of the market and the technical expertise of the Alphalink team were decisive for the success of our relocation and for the final result with which we are fully satisfied.”
“It’s not easy being a client in the construction industry. On the one hand, projects are increasingly complex, with more variables and players. On the other hand, the performance of the entire project team depends immensely on the client, their actions and decisions. This project demonstrates the added value for a client of having an experienced team at their side, guiding them through the whole process with a view to achieving the best end result,” points out Jaime Quintas, managing director of Alphalink.
